Moving your existing website and email to us is free with your WordPress Complete plan. We do all of it, and it usually takes about a day.

What we need

• The login for your current host's control panel (for example cPanel or Plesk). Your WordPress admin login helps too.
• Where your domain is registered. We send you two nameservers to set there when everything is ready (see Using a domain you already own).
• A list of your email addresses, if your email is also with your current host.

Please send logins in a support ticket, not by live chat.

What we do

1. Copy your website, database and email to your new hosting.
2. Test everything on our side.
3. Only then switch your domain to us.

Your old website keeps running until your domain points to us, so it should not go offline.
