A restore puts things back exactly as they were on that day. Changes made after that day are lost, so tell us about anything you want to keep.
It is good practice to keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Ask and we will send you a copy of your email at any time, and a full copy of your website once it is yours.
