Two-factor login protects your account even if someone learns your password. After you turn it on, you enter your password plus a 6-digit code from an app on your phone.

You need an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.

1. Log in at billing.goodnservice.com.
2. Click your name at the top right and choose Manage Account.
3. Open the Authentication tab and tick Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
5. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and your password, then save.
