You can cancel any time. Cancelling is free, and there is no retention script.
How to cancel
- Log in at billing.goodnservice.com, go to Services, click your plan and choose Cancel, then pick end of term.
- Or simply tell us on live chat or by email.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then does not renew.
Before your plan ends
- Take your email with you: it is always yours, and free (see below).
- The website we built for you is yours once you have paid $87 in total, and from then on its full export is free. Leaving sooner? Pay the difference up to $87 and we send you the export. Premium plugins we added are not part of the export; your design and content are.
- A website you moved to us is always yours, and its export is free.
- Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. We help you point it at your new host.
- If we registered a free domain for you, it renews at its normal price unless you tell us not to.
When the plan ends, your website and email stop working. Ask for your export before the end date.
Taking your email with you
