If a renewal is not paid, nothing happens to your website straight away.
| When | What happens |

| A day before the due date | If you saved a card, we charge it automatically. |
| If the card is declined | We email you and try again automatically. You can pay another way, including crypto, at any time. |
| Due date and after | We remind you by email. Your website and email stay online for at least 7 days after the due date. |
| After that, if still unpaid | Your hosting is suspended: your website and email stop working. |
| As soon as you pay | Your hosting switches back on automatically, usually within a few minutes. |
| 30 days after suspension | The account and its data may be deleted. We keep your backups until then, so it can be restored once you pay. |
