Your hosting has a control panel, and we look after it for you, so you never need to log in. Just ask us for anything you would do there:

• A new mailbox, or deleting one you no longer need (see Creating a mailbox).
• A mailbox password reset.
• A backup or a restore (see Backups and restoring your website).
• How much of your 20 GB storage you are using.

Open a ticket in your account (Support → Tickets), or use the live chat on goodnservice.com.

Your own control panel login

Once your website is yours, which is once you have paid $87 in total (3 monthly payments, or straight away on the yearly plan), we can give you your own control panel login. If you moved an existing website to us, you can have one at any time. Open a ticket and we send you the address and your login.

1. After your first login, click your username at the top right.
2. Type a new password, or click Generate, then click Save.
