Sending us your logo, text and photos

To build or update your website, we need a few things from you. Send what you have; we will tell you if anything is missing.

What	Tips
Your logo	The largest version you have. PNG or SVG is best. A photo of a printed logo works if that is all you have.
Business details	Name, what you do, the area you serve, phone, email, address and opening hours.
Your services and prices	A simple list is fine. We turn it into proper page text.
Photos	Your own photos of your work, team or premises. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp and well lit.
Social media links	Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps listing and so on.
Websites you like	Links to one or two sites whose look you like. This helps us match your style.

Log in to your account, go to Support → Tickets and open a new ticket.
Write what the files are for, and attach them.
For large files or many photos, upload them to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and paste the link in the ticket.

You can also email them to [email protected] from the address on your account.

Only send photos and text you have the right to use. Logos, photos and text you send us remain yours.
